Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
